This is not your typical RV Park but just under 5 acres of private property with only 5 RV sites available. What we offer is privacy and peace.  You will not walk out your door only to see another.  We are clean, quiet and we offer lots of space for long term residents.  Under the big sky's of Texas. We are surrounded by horses and centrally located 5 miles from I-10 between San Antonio and Austin and very close to New Braunfels and Canyon Lake.  We give you plenty of space and we are within a few miles of great fishing, laundromat, 2 golf courses, parks, hunting, RV repair, and Walmart.  We are also 6 miles from downtown Seguin.  We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates, with water, septic + standard fees for 30 amp electricity.  Starting at 30.00/daily  125.00/weekly and 275.00/monthly + electricity.  There is plenty of parking and we give you a nice chunk of land to personally maintain a garden etc.  We only allow a few RV's for extra privacy.
